Returns
If you should find that you need to return anything
you have purchased from Dress Your Dreams, here's all you have to
do:
- Returns are accepted when sent back within 10 days after receiving
your item.
- Item must be unworn and undamaged, with any tags still attached.
- If the item was changed or otherwise customized from 'stock' version
on website, ( i.e. different sleeve or neckline)
there will be 10% restock fee.
- Boots and other footwear will only be accepted with all tags attached
and with no scuff marks or wear on the soles. Note: We do not repair
footwear; we recommend you seek out a competent leather crafter or
cobbler.
- When returning, use Priority Mail and insure for the full cost of
the item.

Before you return your item, you must let us know about
it, including your reason.
